Demand grew, so the tunnels did too.

The Caprons installed a second high tunnel in 2021, because of increasing demand for their produce. They have a small apple orchard, and they also raise bees.

Their fresh tomatoes and peppers go into the salsas and stuffed peppers at Los Compadres Mexican restaurant in Gillette.
